Caliagua, Inc., an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for effectively planning and controlling multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities
  • Project lifecycle coverage - Lead and manage projects from award through closeout, including planning, execution, turnover, and client satisfaction.
  • Scheduling / WBS / recovery planning - Develop and maintain the project schedule, key milestones, and recovery plans as needed.
  • Budgeting / cost forecasting / P&L - Proactively manage budget, forecast, job costs, cash flow, and cost-to-complete throughout the project.
  • Preconstruction / estimating - Support bid turnover, permitting, scope review, and preconstruction planning before field execution.
  • Procurement / long-lead materials - Lead procurement of major materials, equipment, and long-lead items to support the schedule.
  • Submittals / RFIs / document control - Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to support timely approvals and field progress.
  • Contract administration / subcontract management - Administer owner and subcontract agreements, change orders, and commercial project requirements.
  • Billing / collections / financial reporting - Oversee billings, WIP, collections support, and routine financial reporting.
  • Field presence / site visits - Visit jobsites regularly to verify progress, quality, safety, and field coordination.
  • Team leadership / staff development - Lead project staff and coordinate effectively with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and operations.
  • Client / owner / engineer relations - Serve as the primary point of contact with owners, engineers, inspectors, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Education / credentials - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience requirement - 7+ years of construction experience; 5+ years managing heavy civil or water/wastewater projects preferred.
  • Travel requirement - Travel to jobsites and work extended hours as project needs require.
  • Technology / reporting tools - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Sage 100, Bluebeam
  • Safety and QA/QC - Enforce safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases of the work.
