Responsibilities:

  • Assists project teams with administrative functions in an efficient and timely manner, including updating project information in tracking systems, billing schedules, expense tracking, contract logs, invoices, drafting reports, and other related tasks.
  • Coordinates, communicates, and enforces K2M's project management processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Uses drawing and project management software to prepare project documents.
  • Assist in field investigations of projects, including locating historical documentation, preparing measured drawings, photo documentation, and other related tasks.
  • Represent K2M in communications with clients, partners, and consultants per PM direction.
  • Communicate regularly with PMs any significant challenge, deviation from procedures and metrics, or incidents that occur on projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
