Job description

Position: Construction Project Administrator
Reports to: Project Executive
Location: Conesville, Ohio
Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates.
Superior is looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Construction Project Administrator to support our construction projects. The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for managing project files, supporting the onboarding of new hires, handling payment applications, and assisting with general administrative duties. This role is based on a jobsite in Conesville, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously collaborate with team members to help keep our jobsite moving forward
  • Support with onboarding of new Field Operations team members
  • Maintain time-keeping data-entry for Field Operations payroll
  • Maintain project files and payment applications
  • Prepare and track construction Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Manage contract documents
  • Write reports and provide general administrative duties

Your Expertise
  • Required: You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative, payroll, or team operations support role
  • Required: High School diploma
  • Required: You are proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Bonus Points: You have experience with Google Workspace
