Comprising over 125 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise in program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. These capabilities support more than 100 Above Water Sensor, Undersea, and Combat System programs and projects within the Navy's Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS), as well as clients in PEO Ships, the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), and the Office of Naval Research (ONR).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support senior PAE Mission Systems Program Managers. Responsibilities will include serial log management, memo writing, routing and tracking correspondence, implementing office and organizational administrative policies and procedures; analyzing processes and workflows, and formulating process improvement recommendations to ensure a smooth operation of a large and complex Navy Program Office office. You will be expected to work four days per week from the Washington Navy Yard office.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in executive level support
  • Demonstrated expertise with Navy Correspondence and strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Current DoD SECRET clearance

  • Experience supporting a Navy acquisition program office
