We're looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager and help support our office staff and communities in Ocean and Monmouth Counties, NJ.

Office Managers are key personnel in the daily operations of a home care office. From supervising the team and office management to interacting with clients, caregivers, and referral sources in the field, an Office Manager's scope of responsibility is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. This exciting role involves a mix of social services, operations, customer service, finance, sales, recruiting, and human resources.

Office Manager Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with prospective clients
  • Getting to know caregivers registered with the office
  • Matching clients to caregivers that meet their needs
  • Overseeing the daily office operations
  • Marketing to referral sources
  • Working as a team in an office environment.
