Office Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support daily office operations, including reception, billing, payroll, scheduling, recordkeeping, and customer service coordination. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage correspondence, and ensure accurate financial and contract processing while demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Comfortable prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
