Office Manager
Phoenix, AZ LHH is partnering with a growing professional services firm in Phoenix to identify an experienced Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring daily business functions run smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll oversee office operations, support leadership, coordinate events, and help foster a positive workplace culture across a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and internal staff
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence while directing inquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate meetings, conference room scheduling, company events, and team functions
  • Maintain office supply inventory and manage vendor relationships for office services and equipment
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace preparation and office orientation
  • Assist leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and special projects as needed
  • Monitor office budgets, approve routine expenses, and process invoices
  • Create and maintain office procedures to improve workflow and enhance productivity
  • Help cultivate a professional, positive, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role
