MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Crane, IN.
You will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement at an industry-leading organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to define the nature and extent of problems and providing data-driven recommendations to the Government.
  • Analyzing relevant data sets, including annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule, and expenditures to ensure project success.
  • Interviewing managers and employees while observing operations to develop comprehensive solutions to organizational problems.
  • Preparing and solving mathematical models to understand the nature of the organization and its relationship within the Government culture.
  • Reporting findings and recommendations to the Government through detailed written reports and professional oral presentations.
  • Assisting stakeholders with the implementation of suggested improvements to ensure complete and functioning systems that meet all requirements.
  • Working across teams to maintain a professional, mission-focused environment that strengthens the organizational foundation.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting DoD environments or government contracting.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must possess a Secret security clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
