ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst I to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data‑driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision‑making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
  • Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
  • Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
  • Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.

Requirements

  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
  • Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.
  • A minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Business, Finance or related field.
