Overview

Responsible for managing all business and programming matters, assigned services/supports, in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards and within budgetary guidelines. Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates Direct Support Professionals. Attends meetings and writes quarterly summaries for the programs. Participates in BQIS/FSSA surveys. Advocates for the individuals and reports directly to the Area Director.
