Channel Marketing Program Manager – Carmel, IN or Remote EST or CST

The Channel Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with developing tools and collateral to support sales team, trade show support and help maintain our Allegion brand presence across various channels.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the channel marketing and demand generation activities for the Government Critical Infrastructure & National Accounts teams and additional channels and/or vertical markets as designated by the business.

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, emails, and sales and customer-facing content.

  • Manage parts of the Allegion Channel Growth Program including Business Development Funds and Networked Rebate. Additional support for Channel Growth and Authorized Seller programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product teams. • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows and pre-and post-show communications.

  • Participate in commercialization activities related to new and existing integrations both internal and with partners.

  • Provide project support and execution of key cross-functional projects including activities such as web sites both internal and for partners.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 5-7 years of channel marketing experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating engaging content and collaborating with others.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, track deadlines, and stay organized is crucial.

  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret results is important for optimizing marketing campaigns.

  • The ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content is valuable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Dynamics; experience with Adobe Marketo a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to travel 25% travel

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

  • Ideal candidate will live in Greater Indianapolis, IN; but the team is open to candidates working remote in EST or CST.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

  • The expected Base Salary Range: $90,000-$110.000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
