WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Program Advisor will connect with fitness professionals looking to further their knowledge and skills through certifications and specializations. You will assess customer needs and make appropriate products recommendations that will help achieve their goals. In this role, you will be part of a growing business that fosters a strong atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration through effective communication. You will work to Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through outbound and inbound phone calls.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position will work hybrid out of our Gilbert, Arizona office. Remote candidates will be considered.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
  • Contact potential customers through lead follow up process.
  • Assess customer needs by following a proven sales process.
  • Notating customer interactions in CRM
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of current industry and product knowledge.
  • Attending on-site sales and product trainings
  • Collaborating with other sales channels to service our health club accounts and existing customer base.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to succeed.
  • Strong ability to listen, collect information, and then communicate and assist customers with their needs verbally via phone and email.
  • Ability to work well with others, positively impacting the sales results of our team and serving our customers with excellence.
