PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking a Product Trainer 3 - Electrical for one of our Top clients at location Goose Creek, South Carolina, United States (Onsite).

Description Of Services
  • The Product Trainer will plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers, focusing on electrical assembly and production areas.
  • Duties include obtaining information to prepare training programs, developing course content and materials, conducting training sessions (on-the-job, skills, and classroom), and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • This role requires introducing new manufacturing processes, maintaining training rosters, examination/certification records, and continuously revising lesson plans to keep technical information up-to-date.
  • The ideal candidate will undergo up to 4 months of training in Virginia before transitioning to the Charleston, SC site, and must be able to work either a first or second shift schedule while using required PPE.

Skills/Experience
  • 6+ years with Bachelor's Degree in related field OR 4+ years with Master's Degree -- (Required)
  • Experience in electrical product training, assembly, or production training -- (Required)
  • Ability to develop training programs, materials, and course content -- (Required)
  • Experience conducting on-the-job, skills, and classroom training -- (Required)
  • Willingness to train in Virginia for up to 4 months before relocating to Charleston, SC -- (Required)
  • Ability to work either First Shift (6 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon-Thurs) or Second Shift (4 PM - 2:30 AM, Mon-Thurs) -- (Required)
  • Must use required PPE (Hard Hat, Steel Toe Boots, Hearing Protection, Safety Glasses, Respirator) -- (Required)
