Description:
You will be the Manufacturing Planner, Sr. (Level 3) for the PAC-3 CLS Production Team. Our team owns and maintains the schedule for all PAC-3 CLS production contractual deliverables and is responsible for line-of-balance tracking, loading demand in ERP systems, and mitigating schedule risks.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Sr. (Level 3) you will be responsible for driving efforts from award to closure.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Maintain line of balance schedules to ensure program milestones are met
Load and manage demand data in ERP systems to support production planning
Identify and mitigate schedule risks through proactive analysis and corrective actions
Coordinate with cross functional teams to align resources and resolve planning conflicts
This position requires travel and/or communication to all production sites and/or vendor locations. Work outside of the normal operating hours may be required.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience with SAP
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of supply and demand with the ability to analyze and respond to changes in customer demand, supplier lead times, and inventory levels
• An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start the role
Desired Skills:
• Previous Production Site or Manufacturing experience
• Past experience with the Production, Planning and Control (PP&C) organization as a Supply Planner, Demand Planner or other PP&C roles
• Extensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience or implementation
• Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System)
• Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire Production supply chain
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, the customer, suppliers and peers
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
• Green Belt trained and/or certified
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
