Job description

About Snail Games USA

Snail Games strives to create the new high bar for gameplay experience in online gaming. We have been a global developer and publisher of digital entertainment since 2009 and are committed to pushing the boundaries of the industry.

About Egofold
Egofold is an AI-focused product initiative incubated within Snail Games, exploring scalable systems for intelligent agents and AI-driven workflows, with roots in interactive and game-adjacent applications. The project is currently in an early product-definition phase, focused on clarifying market positioning, product direction, and long-term potential.

About the Role
Egofold is seeking a Product Strategy & Product Owner to define product direction, market positioning, and near-term product goals for an early-stage AI initiative. This role focuses on clarifying what the product is, who it is for, and why it matters, while working closely with technical leadership to ensure alignment between vision, execution, and external communication.

The role emphasizes product clarity, prioritization, and decision-making in a technically complex and fast-evolving space, with responsibility for shaping both internal understanding and external narrative.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid – Los Angeles Area (3–4 in-office days per week)

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Egofold’s product direction, target audience, and core value proposition.

  • Define near-term product goals and milestones that support positioning, validation, and fundraising needs.

  • Translate complex technical systems into clear product narratives for internal teams, partners, and external audiences.

  • Drive product clarity by pushing for decisions, tradeoffs, and prioritization.

  • Partner closely with technical leadership to ensure product goals are feasible and well understood.

  • Support investor and partner conversations by articulating product vision, roadmap intent, and market relevance.

  • Contribute to external-facing materials such as product overviews, website messaging, and pitch narratives.

Minimum Requirements
  • Experience owning or shaping product direction for a technology product.

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex systems into clear product stories.

  • Comfort operating in early-stage environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have
  • Background in AI, developer tools, or technically complex platforms.

  • Experience helping define product-market fit for new or emerging products.

  • Experience supporting fundraising or investor-facing discussions.

  • Bilingual communication skills (English / Chinese).

Salary Range: $95,000 – $130,000 Annually

Why Join Snail Games USA / Egofold

  • True focus on work/life balance.

  • Paid company holidays, vacation, and separate sick leave.

  • Medical, dental, vision, and Life/LTD.

  • 401k with company match
