Mustang Cat is seeking a driven and customer-focused Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) to grow parts and service sales within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering value-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do as a PSSR

As a Product Support Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving parts and service revenue while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business and establish new customer accounts
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship building
  • Perform equipment inspections and recommend service and repair solutions
  • Promote and sell parts and service offerings to maximize customer uptime
  • Generate quotes, proposals, and follow through to close sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction through responsiveness and service excellence
  • Stay current on product knowledge and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts and service
  • Previous outside sales experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assess equipment needs
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a territory

Preferred Qualifications:
