You will help design systems for managing millions of indexed pages, optimize search performance, and create innovative automation-driven solutions.
The position provides ownership over impactful initiatives, from roadmap development and experimentation to measurement and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

As an SEO Product Manager, you will drive the development of scalable SEO solutions by connecting organic growth strategy with product innovation. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to build systems, experiments, and processes that improve search performance and deliver measurable impact.

  • Contribute to and co-own the SEO product strategy and roadmap, from initial ideas through implementation, testing, and iteration.
  • Design and guide the development of large-scale SEO systems, including internal linking solutions, automated content optimization, taxonomy management, and indexability workflows.
  • Build and optimize products that manage millions of indexed URLs across multiple markets and languages.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, BI, and marketing teams to ensure SEO requirements are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organic search performance, reporting capabilities, and technical SEO infrastructure.
  • Design and execute SEO experiments, leveraging automation and AI technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Create proof-of-concept solutions to test ideas quickly and support continuous SEO innovation.
  • Translate complex technical SEO requirements into clear product specifications and guide architectural decisions for scalability.
  • Define and monitor SEO success metrics, including organic traffic, indexation performance, and search visibility.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing large-scale SEO initiatives and combines technical knowledge with product management capabilities. You should be comfortable working with complex websites, data-driven strategies, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable organic growth.

  • 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, SEO product management, or a closely related role with proven success driving organic growth.
  • Experience managing websites with 1M+ indexed URLs, including crawl budget optimization, indexation management, and large-scale site architecture.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
  • Experience designing and implementing SEO-focused systems such as internal linking platforms, automated sitemap generation, dynamic rendering solutions, or similar infrastructure.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience planning, executing, and analyzing SEO tests at scale.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using SEO tools, analytics platforms, and data insights to guide decisions.
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex SEO and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
