Job description

Job Title: Senior Digital Product Optimization & Analytics Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven Senior Digital Product Optimization & Analytics Specialist to lead the measurement, testing, and continuous performance enhancement of our global digital platforms. Operating embedded within our core Digital Product Team, you will serve as the master architect of our user experience optimization strategy-holistically monitoring our web and mobile applications to ensure every layout, workflow, and user journey aggressively drives target KPIs.
This role requires a highly collaborative professional with deep analytical acumen who can proactively move from clickstream data gathering to deep diagnostic analysis, and rapidly transform insights into actionable, revenue-generating product enhancements. You will act as the ultimate voice of our digital properties, defining measurement baselines for new features, running advanced testing matrices, and collaborating with cross-functional leadership to influence our long-term product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation
• Strategy Architecture: Map out, coordinate, and execute the end-to-end user experience optimization and growth strategy for our web and mobile applications.
• A/B/n Testing Ownership: Suggest, define, build, and launch complex A/B/n behavioral experiments within dedicated optimization platforms to maximize consumer engagement, usability, and conversion velocity.
• Conversion Path Optimization: Dissect and refine digital checkout funnels and interactive workflows with the strict objective of increasing digital bookings, online sales, and net profitability.
• Capital Business Cases: Synthesize performance trends and behavioral data to support financial justification and business case development for new digital capital expenditure ($CAPEX$) projects.
Behavioral Analytics & Toolset Governance
• Tool Deployment & Auditing: Manage, configure, and maximize the utility of our qualitative user behavior toolsets (including FullStory, Quantum Metric, Firebase, and AppDynamics) to isolate friction points and application drops.
• Clickstream Mining: Mine and analyze high-volume clickstream data to map digital consumer behaviors, identifying hidden feature wins, user drop-offs, and missed digital merchandising opportunities.
• Measurement Design: Establish concrete KPIs and rigorous tracking measurement strategies for all incoming product features, ensuring product modifications are validated on an ongoing basis.
• Application Health Accountability: Maintain performance reporting dashboards highlighting application health, UI responsiveness, and overall digital product quality for the wider organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Advocacy
• Roadmap Influence: Partner closely with Product Managers, Scrum development teams, and UI/UX designers to inject data-backed optimizations directly into the active engineering roadmap.
• Campaign Alignment: Collaborate with CRM, Product Management, and Consumer Insights teams to ensure new feature releases sync logically with wider cross-channel marketing campaigns.
• Pre-emptive Performance Setup: Lead the configuration of non-functional requirements (NFRs), automated performance alerts, and data tagging parameters prior to new feature rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with a strong blend of product management experience.
• Experience Baseline:
o5 to 7 years of dedicated professional experience in Digital Product Analytics, digital merchandising, or e-commerce optimization.
o2 to 3 years of hands-on experience translating business strategy into actionable, optimized online user experiences.
o2 to 3 years of active administration within enterprise experimentation and multi-variant testing platforms.
• Technical Mastery:
oProven experience configuring behavioral session-replay and behavioral tools (e.g., FullStory, Quantum Metric, or equivalent).
oDeep expertise inside testing platforms (such as Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Adobe Target).
oFamiliarity utilizing modern AI tools and LLM agents (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) to streamline analysis workflows and data processing.
oStrong working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), web design usability principles, and Scrum/Agile application development environments.
oProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
