Job description

The Production Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily food production activities. This position assists with food preparation, batching, packing, labeling, and sanitation while following all food safety, quality, and safety standards. The Production Associate works under the direction of the Production Lead to ensure production goals are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, batching, packing, and labeling tasks.

• Follow standardized recipes, work instructions, and production schedules.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.

• Comply with all food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements.

• Perform quality checks and report any product or safety concerns.

• Support production line flow and efficiency.

• Properly handle ingredients, finished products, and packaging materials.

• Follow safety rules and use required PPE.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience required; food production experience is a plus.
