Join A-1 Industries’ Production Training Program to gain hands-on experience building Roof Trusses, Floor Trusses, and EZWALL® Framing Solutions. We’re looking for team members who demonstrate core values of Own It, Passion, Honesty, and Respect while supporting a safe, productive workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Table Leader with assembling roof trusses

  • Lift, carry, and position lumber and materials

  • Cut, fit, plate, and clamp components

  • Label and stack finished products

  • Operate hand tools (e.g., hammers) and basic machinery

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Training Program Schedule:

The paid Production Training Program takes place during your first week, Monday–Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Training includes hands-on production, safety procedures, and an introduction to company policies and culture.

Employees who successfully complete training will transition to their regular work schedule the following week.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Construction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered.
  • High School graduate preferred, but not required.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be fluent in English or Spanish.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a manufacturing site environment. Exposure to inclement weather and loud noise, all work will be performed outside.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. It requires close vision, and depth perception three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.
