Job description

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting final-stage cockpit assembly and packaging operations within the assigned production area. This role ensures that all required panels, components, and finishing touches are properly installed after initial cockpit build, and that completed units are prepared for safe and efficient shipment.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
  • Assist in final-stage cockpit assembly by installing additional panels and components as required.
  • Use hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills) to fasten panels and complete finishing work on cockpit structures.
  • Ensure all panels and components are properly secured and meet quality standards.
  • Prepare completed cockpits for packaging, including protective wrapping, staging, and securing for transport.
  • Support loading preparation by ensuring cockpits are ready for shipment and meet handling requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and production standards.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with team leads and other departments to meet production schedules and shipment timelines.
  • Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Organize and maintain adequate 5s standards in packing area.
