Where You Come In
As a Production Associate I, you will play a key role in supporting daily production operations and ensuring our custom millwork products meet the highest quality standards. This position works hands-on with production equipment, tools, and materials across multiple manufacturing departments including metal fabrication, welding, powder coating, woodworking, packing, and shipping. You will help keep production running efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties

  • Operate manufacturing equipment including metal fabrication machinery, hand tools, and power tools

  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for production

  • Monitor production equipment to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings

  • Use measurement tools including tape measures (to 1/16”), dial calipers, and Vernier calipers

  • Select and program adjustments within machine computer systems as needed

  • Assist shop maintenance technicians when equipment support is required

  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace

  • Follow established safety rules and regulations

  • Assist in other departments as needed to support production flow

  • Participate in project teams focused on operational improvements

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience setting up and operating manufacturing equipment

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform flat layout measurements

  • Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, multiplication, and division

  • High School Diploma or GED (technical school training is a plus)

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay & Schedule

Full-time position. $19 an hour.
