Job description

We’re hiring a Full-Time Production Associate (Graveyard Shift) to join our growing team! Majesty’s Animal Nutrition is a family-owned company that manufactures supplements and treats for companion animals (horses, dogs, and cats). We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in an overnight environment and wants to grow with us.

**Schedule (Graveyard Shift): **Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

This is an overnight position requiring reliability and the ability to work independently during late-night hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Complete work orders accurately and on time
  • Weigh, mix, and extrude products according to specifications
  • Follow recipes to create consistent, high-quality products
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Assist with packaging as needed
  • Maintain established quality standards throughout production
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during overnight hours

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Manufacturing

Shift availability:

  • Overnight Shift (Required)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding workload
  • Experience in baking, food processing, or food handling is a plus
