Job description

Description
At TripleTen, we're building an international platform of digital re-skilling products to help people from diverse backgrounds learn new professions and build sustainable careers in tech.
Our program graduates have landed jobs at top companies like Tesla, Spotify, PlayStation, Google, and Microsoft. So far, over 5,000 students have chosen TripleTen, and hundreds of new students are joining us each month. We believe everyone can jumpstart a new career, which is why we produce quality educational content and offer intensive courses in tech complete with full access to an interactive platform, code reviews, and support from industry practitioners.
We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager who combines strong Growth and Product expertise.
This role is ideal for a product generalist who is comfortable moving between product discovery, product optimization, and cross-functional business execution. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle-from validating new opportunities and finding product-market fit to improving onboarding, retention, and operational excellence.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions based on data, and takes ownership of business outcomes rather than simply delivering features.
What you will do
  • Identify new product opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and JTBD analysis.
  • Validate product ideas, drive product-market fit, and develop positioning, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Own key product initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.
  • Conduct user research, define hypotheses, run experiments, and use insights to improve product performance.
  • Analyze product metrics, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
  • Design and improve processes at the intersection of product and business operations, ensuring scalable execution.
  • Distinguish whether problems should be solved through product improvements, operational changes, or both, and drive the appropriate solution.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with ownership of both product discovery and product growth initiatives.
  • Experience launching new products or business directions, including market research, customer discovery, PMF validation, positioning, pricing, and commercialization.
  • Strong experience managing core product initiatives such as onboarding, retention, subscriptions, billing, and monetization.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision making, with experience defining metrics and measuring impact.
  • Experience conducting user research, JTBD interviews, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design and optimize cross-functional processes.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments with high levels of ambiguity and ownership.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent English.

What we can offer you
  • Direct impact on revenue and core business metrics.
  • High autonomy to explore, test, and improve processes.
  • Competitive compensation
  • Fully remote collaboration.
  • Work alongside an experienced, global professional team.
