Job description

We are seeking a Product Analyst (AI Software Development & Cloud Systems) to support the development and enhancement of AI-enabled software products.

This role focuses on supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC) through product analysis, system evaluation, and data-driven insights in a cloud-based engineering environment. The position works closely with software engineers and technical teams to ensure product features are accurately defined, tested, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Support Agile development teams by translating product requirements into structured technical specifications and participating in sprint-based development activities.

Evaluate AI-driven software features to identify system behavior issues, anomalies, and edge cases across development and production environments.

Support feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release readiness across environments.

Perform data analysis using SQL and Python (Pandas) to assess product performance and generate actionable insights.

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI for product performance tracking and experimentation analysis.

Work within an AWS cloud environment to monitor application performance, review system logs (CloudWatch), and support system reliability analysis.

Collaborate with software engineers and QA teams during development cycles to support testing, debugging, and release validation.

Document system behavior, technical requirements, and product specifications using structured formats in tools like Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.

Working knowledge of Python (Pandas) for data analysis and reporting.

Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools for product tracking and documentation.

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Exposure to AWS services (CloudWatch, S3, or similar) in cloud-based application environments.

Basic understanding of APIs, JSON data structures, and software systems.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capability to interpret technical and product data.
