JOB TITLE:Growth Product Manager (Marketing Specialist III)

JOB DUTIES:Plays a strategic role in driving enterprise-wide business growth by optimizing web experiences and personalizing user journeys through data-driven experimentation. Leads initiatives to improve KPIs such as conversion rate, engagement, and revenue. Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, User Experience, Product, and Analytics teams to design, implement, and analyze experiments and personalization strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Information Technology and Management, or a related field and 1 year of experience in Marketing and Analytics in a digital, technology, or e-commerce environment.

1 year of experience in:

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to configure, troubleshoot, and customize front-end components for testing and tracking purposes. Product optimization or product management. Working with digital analytics and event tracking platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Firebase. Implementing tagging and event tracking within experimentation platforms such as Optimizely. Analyzing A/B test results using statistical methods to inform product or design decisions. Collaborating with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to scope, launch, and evaluate growth experiments. Tools including Figma, JIRA, or Confluence to manage requirements and collaborate across teams.
