Job description

POSTION SUMMARY:

The Onsite Services Representative is responsible supporting E&R’s strategic vision to be our customers’ first choice by providing the best service by assisting them manage their inventory. The Onsite Services Representative also works closely with cross-functional business partners to help customers understand how E&R can provide solutions to their business’ MRO needs.


Under the direction, specific duties include:

Program Support

  • Inventory Management
  • Manage inventory within customer facility including min/max levels, replenishment, accuracy, optimization, and reporting.
  • Product Management
  • Help to ensure our customers have the products they need timely, forecasting, product identification, cross referencing, product research, product issuance, and product optimization.

  • Order and Requisition Management
  • Ensure orders are placed timely and accurately including, quoting, order generation, receipt, put away, audit, records management, returns, and analysis.

Back-up Support

  • Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations
  • Ensure proper product stocking levels at customer locations
  • Oversee customer inventory locations by ensuring proper labeling and quantities on hand are accurate
  • Ensure accuracy of all activities related to KeepStock solutions and program requirements
  • Provide housekeeping of designated customer locations
  • Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in process improvement, and cycle time with all services activities
  • Comply with the safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided


PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or
  • Similar work experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Inventory Management Systems experience preferred
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in State of residence

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Computer knowledge- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to work in high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to resolve complex situations

Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers

  • Must adapt to and abide by all rules established for safety and security at each customer location

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work conditions are typical of a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift 25 -60 lbs. and/or occasionally work in difficult positions.
    • Ability to move 55 gal drums with company supplied material handling equipment
  • Additional background, drug screening, and/or DOT requirements per the customer request may be required while working on-site and/or operating equipment
