Launchpad Labor & HCM is seeking a Product Designer to help design user-centered experiences and elevate product usability.

Position Summary

The Product Designer will partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design intuitive, high-quality experiences that meet user needs and support business goals. The role will translate complex requirements into clear concepts, thoughtful interaction design, and polished deliverables.

This role is ideal for a collaborative designer who can balance creativity with practical execution, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to a consistent product design direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concept through wireframes, visual design, and final UI specifications.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on requirements, user goals, and implementation feasibility.

  • Create and maintain design documentation, including flows, interaction models, and UI guidance.

  • Participate in user research activities and usability feedback loops to continuously improve product experience.

  • Present design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback to refine solutions efficiently.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience designing digital product experiences across multiple platforms or user journeys.
