User Experience (UX) Designer 

Location- Mossville IL


Interview-1 round virtual

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

- Develop UX Requirements for the In-Cab Experience

Typical task breakdown:

- Work with UX researchers to identify critical experiences & scenarios and develop & validate journey maps based on commercial and technical requirements & UX heuristics

- Develop & Document UX requirements based on journey maps

- Review designs to ensure alignment to UX requirements

Interaction with team:

- Collaboration with machine product groups, cab architects, machine system coordinators, expert operators and UX architects & researchers across segments.  

Team Structure

- Report to UX Engineering Fellow within the Cab Product Group for Resource Industry Machines

Work environment:

Office environment most of the time (exception is when traveling, expect to be in the field)  

Education & Experience Required:

- Years of experience: 2-4yrs

- Degree requirement: Yes, Bachelor in UX or Engineering Relate Field
