Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Type: 100% Remote
Contract Duration: 06 Months

Job Description
• Ecommerce website design for B2B customers (like dicks sporting goods, bulk orders, etc). Changing current site to put a new focus with athletes in mind, a high bar of design.
• Designing high level craft experiences, looking for someone to build out the vision and find the "north star".
Portfolio - How they use white space, high level of craft, a nice UI and UX flow, complex problem solving, taking complex topics and giving simple expressions, typography
Must Haves:
• Open to various experience levels (beginner to expert) - they want someone with fresh ideas and an interesting style. The main focus will be on the quality of the Portfolio
• Figma expert, Principle expert, creating high fidelity prototypes
• Pitching lots of ideas, open to feedback, very collaborative
Nice to Haves:
• Interested conceptualizing, vision work, and prototyping 3D and AR
• Prototyping in After Effects
• Has worked at in an agency environment - can pivot quickly and move fast
Who we are looking for
• You're the go-to designer on the team
• 4+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX
• A bachelor's degree or any combination of education, training and experience in design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction or a related field
• Experience with the particulars of designing for digital experiences
• Strong understanding of product thinking, interaction design and execution
• Ability to deliver high-quality, end-to-end design solutions that uphold client quality standards
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
• Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
• Strong collaborator with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and marketers
• Solid design process and strong attention to detail
• Experience working with consumer research and data
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Principle and Keynote
• UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects
• Familiarity with 3D, AR is a plus
