Job description

The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences and align with business goals. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful designs. In partnership with Senior UX Designers ensure that every product decision is grounded in user insights and executed with pixel-perfect precision.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) Common job activities are listed below; actual position responsibilities may vary. Refer to your manager or human resources for specific duties and performance expectations.
  1. Lead end-to-end design process for complex features and products, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  3. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain consistency across platforms.
  5. Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
  7. Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job.

Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Real estate industry experience and familiarity with designing transaction platforms is a strong plus.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to drive strategic design decisions and influence product direction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Wage: $128,000 - $153,000 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
