  • Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or Lean UX environments.
  • Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma.
  • Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with well-rounded presentation skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing world-class design work and clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have Experience working on complex B2B SaaS products.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and business leaders to create intuitive, data-driven design solutions that resonate with multiple user personas. Your role will focus on producing both UX and visual paradigms to streamline decision-making and maintain consistency across the platform.
You will leverage your creative and technical skills to design end-to-end features, develop new components within an existing Design System, and contribute to defining entire categories of user experiences. This position requires you to engage directly with high-profile customers and end users to identify critical needs, rapidly prototype product directions, and validate hypotheses, ensuring a user-centered and innovative approach throughout.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and delivering outstanding user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products - initially focused on the Quoting and Ordering experience within our IT Distribution platform, Xvantage, for our Resellers/Customers.
  • Using and evolving the company's Design System.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing) to ensure a cohesive, omnichannel experience.
  • Contributing to the development of design practices and organizational culture.
  • Applying UX best practices to continuously innovate and improve product designs.
