  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication
  • Deep user empathy, appetite for complexity and a drive for simplicity
  • A track record of setting strategy and executing on major user-facing initiatives in environments with scale, ambiguity, and complexity (both technical and product)
  • 5+ years managing PMs, experience coaching a senior bench of PMs, and fostering collaborative, high-performance, joyful team environments
  • Strong systems thinking and UX judgment, with a demonstrated ability to set pace and operate with high agency

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working on major cross-app overhauls and designs systems for a multi-product company

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
