Senior Product Designer - Design Systems
Opportunity for a design systems-focused Product Designer to influence how digital experiences are built across a high-visibility product ecosystem.
You will help scale reusable components, patterns, accessibility standards, and Figma libraries that support consistent, intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and native applications.
Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates working from a home office near one of the approved hub locations: Burbank, CA 91506; Glendale, CA 91201; Orlando, FL 32819; or Seattle, WA 98104. Candidates must be within a commutable distance for semi-regular onsite collaboration with the team as required. This role will primarily support PST working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with product designers, engineers, content designers, and accessibility specialists to expand and improve design systems.
  • Design scalable UI foundations, components, patterns, and experiences that can be used across multiple products and platforms.
  • Lead design explorations from concept through validation and implementation.
  • Create intuitive solutions to complex user experience challenges.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth, maintenance, and governance of design systems.
  • Build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption.
  • Support design system initiatives across web, mobile web, iOS, and Android applications.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and design system methodologies.
  • Assist with user research activities when needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience working within Agile environments.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to design systems.
  • Experience creating and managing component libraries, variants, properties, and reusable design patterns.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Experience documenting design systems and design decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading or scaling enterprise design systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of motion design and animation best practices.
  • Advanced Figma expertise including:
