Job description

We are looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end design process-from early-stage research and wireframing through polished, pixel-perfect UI-all within Figma. This is a hands-on role where you will be the lead design voice on a small, high-impact team, responsible for both the user experience strategy and the visual design language of the Pilotis platform.
You will work in close partnership with the Director of Product Engineering and the Senior Product Manager to translate product requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that meet luxury-market expectations. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will have a direct impact and meaningful influence over how the product looks, feels, and behaves. This is an opportunity to define the design DNA of a platform from its earliest stages.
About Pilotis
Pilotis is a new venture within Noe & Associates and Imerza that builds immersive, multimodal digital sales experiences for high-value industries. Our flagship product transforms how luxury real estate developers, architects, and premium brands present their offerings, replacing static brochures and flat renderings with interactive 3D applications powered by real-time visualization technology.
UX Design & Research
  • Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate product direction
  • Create information architecture, user flows, and wireframes that translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive experiences
  • Develop and iterate on interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design intent to engineering and stakeholders
  • Leverage psychology-informed approaches to understand how luxury buyers, sales teams, and developers interact with immersive content
  • Establish and advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle
UI Design & Visual Language
  • Design high-fidelity, production-ready UI in Figma for web and mobile touchpoints, ensuring pixel-perfect execution
  • Define and evolve the Pilotis visual design system such as typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion principles, etc. that conveys premium quality and sophistication
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Figma component library with variants, auto-layout, and design tokens for scalable, consistent UI
  • Create responsive layouts that deliver a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Design interfaces that complement and enhance real-time 3D visualization content without competing with it
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner daily with the Director of Product Engineering to ensure designs are technically feasible and translate cleanly into React-based front-end implementations
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Senior Product Manager to align design decisions with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and client feedback
  • Prepare developer-ready handoff specs in Figma with accurate redlines, interaction annotations, and asset exports
  • Participate in sprint planning and design reviews, contributing to estimation and delivery timelines
  • Present design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and, when needed, directly to clients
Design Operations
  • Own the Figma workspace organization such as file structure, naming conventions, version control, and team libraries
  • Establish design QA processes to ensure implemented interfaces match approved designs
  • Document design patterns, interaction guidelines, and UX writing standards for the team
  • Stay current with design trends in immersive technology, luxury digital experiences, and SaaS product design
Required
  • 5+ years of product design experience spanning both UX and UI, with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products
  • Expert-level proficiency in creating and managing Figma design systems e.g. components, auto-layout, tokens, primitives, semantics, variables, prototyping etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to own the full design process from research and ideation through high-fidelity delivery and design QA
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layout principles
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS platforms or complex, content-rich digital products
  • Proven track record of working closely with engineering teams to ship high-quality interfaces in React or similar front-end frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, early-stage environment
Preferred
  • Experience with immersive or 3D-adjacent products (real-time visualization, WebGL, virtual tours, configurators)
  • Background in luxury, real estate, architecture, or high-value product verticals
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interaction principles (e.g., Figma prototyping, After Effects, Lottie)
  • Experience building and scaling design systems from scratch
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design practices
  • Exposure to user analytics tools (Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel) and data-informed design iteration
  • Multilingual capability is a plus for international client engagement
  • The opportunity to define the design language of a new product line within an established, reputable firm
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and visibility into business strategy
  • Hybrid and/or Remote work environment with flexible scheduling
  • Competitive contract compensation
  • A lean, talented team where your design contributions have immediate and measurable impact on the product and business
Remote or Hybrid (London, UK or Miami, US); occasional travel for stakeholder workshops and client presentations
