What you'll do
As a Product Designer, you will join our Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations. Specifically, you will:
  • Execute the design process for new features and improvements, from concept to delivery, for our suite of investment applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to and contribute to our design system.
  • Advocate for UX best practices while fostering a culture of design thinking and customer-centricity across the team.
  • Measure and analyze user engagement to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster innovation.

What's required
  • 5 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions in an agile development environment.
  • A degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in the context of web applications for financial services or similar complex domains.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and/or Adobe XD, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Passion for understanding the needs of users with experience conducting user research and usability testing.

The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
