Identify growth opportunities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space.

Support portfolio strategy and execution

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.

Engage with customers and the field

  • Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.

Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion

  • Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.

  • Working cross-functionally to bring products to market
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward learning and ownership
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of product development processes
  • Willingness to travel (~10–25%)
