Job description

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Backlog 
  • Act as Product Owner across web initiatives, responsible for backlog quality and day-to-day refinement. 
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of refined user stories ensuring stories are ‘ready’ for PI planning and sprint planning 
  • Write detailed, testable user stories with acceptance criteria and traceability to business goals 
  • Flag dependencies, blockers, gaps and edge cases proactively 
  • Own ticket triage, story clean up, release notes, and Confluence documentation 
Lead Discovery & Requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs 
  • Translate high-level goals into epics, features, and detailed user stories 
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements and edge cases 
Provide CMS & Contentful Expertise 
  • Support content authors and marketers using Contentful, acting as first line support for questions and issues 
  • Troubleshooting problems, component limitations, tagging inconsistencies and other real-time issues 
  • Work with developers to escalate bugs or contribute to component enhancements 
  • Ensure new features and content models are clearly documented for non-technical users
Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams 
  • Run refinement, planning and demo sessions in partnership with product, PMO and Engineering 
  • Collaborate with UX on Figma handoffs, validations and ensuring designs match business context and user stories 
  • Drive content strategy discussions, layout optimizations and scalable tagging practices
 Facilitate Testing & Delivery 
  • Partner with QA to validate functionality, write test cases, and support UAT
  • Own release note creation and knowledge transfer to content authors or business users • Track staging and production changes and notify content authors of go-lives 
 Connect Data to Decisions 
  • Analyze data trends, user behavior, and VOC to uncover improvement areas
  • Create documentation (e.g. process flows, data mappings, integration specs) 
  • Serve as SME for web products and workflows 
Enable Scalable Product Practices 
  • Champion consistent documentation and templates across teams 
  • Partner with Product Ops to evolve our BA practice 
  • Contribute to team-level OKR
What You Bring 
  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role on digital teams
  • Proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios 
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies 
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, ADO (Azure DevOps), or similar 
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful highly preferred; others like Sitecore, Adobe are accepted) 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex ideas across audience
