Role Overview

The Product Designer will execute the creation of AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization technology products. This role combines human-centered design practices, strategic product thinking, and AI innovation to accelerate the delivery of scalable product solutions that drive value for customers and achieve business outcomes.

This role will drive end-to-end product design initiatives, research insights, and design optimization from discovery to launch for products with minimal supervision. Partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering Leadership, this individual will leverage extensive AI prototyping capabilities, expertise in Figma and design systems, and exceptional UI/UX design skills to deliver seamless design artifacts that enrich the customer experience.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this role will be responsible for driving consistency, scalability, and usability across a complex portfolio of products. Within the product organization, the Product Designer will shape product design and product strategy and advocate for intuitive integration of AI into the design workflow to creatively contribute to product outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses expert visual, interaction, and systems design capabilities and effectively communicates design recommendations that drive leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Led Product Design Experience

  • Executethe end-to-end design for AI- enabled product experiences for platforms including web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch, accelerating product, design, delivery, and optimization.

  • Translate user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned with the product strategy.

  • Decompose customer needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable product designs that tie back to the intent of the product strategy.

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research toidentifycustomer needs, synthesizing the insights and behavioral data into actionable recommendations.

  • Validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics that inform product design decisions.

Design System & Architecture

  • Define cross-portfolio design systems to drive consistency across components, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns.

  • Create AI-driven, reusable frameworks and patterns that highlight product recommendations, product development, and improve user experience quality.

Design Innovation

  • Leverage Figma AI and other AI-powereddesign tools to augment design efficiency and quality,driveteam productivity, and product delivery.

  • Identifyemerging AI trends and toolingthatsteerdesign innovation cross-functionally.

  • Share leading practices for AI-led design principles with key stakeholders and partners.

Cross Functional Partnership

  • Partner with product, data, customersuccessand other commercial businesses to translate complex initiatives and problems into human-centered design.

  • Contribute to thedefinition and prioritization of features across product roadmaps and workflows.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computerscience or a related field;or equivalent experience.

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in product design in enterprise, platform, SaaS, digital experiences.

  • Experienceexecutingend-to-end product designforcomplex technicalproduct portfolios in enterprise, platform, or SaaS environmentsfrom discovery to launch.

  • Proficiencyin FigmaincludingAI-enabled prototyping,design systemsarchitecture,governance,componentlibraries, and tokens.

  • Expertisein AI-enabledproduct designincludinghuman-AI interaction patterns,prompt design, rapid prototyping, UX researchaugmentation, content generation,AI assisted-workflow, and responsible AI principles.

  • Ability tocraft scalable design frameworks, design standards, interactionpatternsand exercise judgment on where toenforce design consistency versus empowering product- specificcustomization.

  • Exceptionalcross-functional facilitation,collaboration, and stakeholder managementskills with experiencedrivingdiscovery sessions, design workshops, and strategic working sessions tocreatealignment withproduct, engineering, customer success,andothercommercial leaders.

  • Strong communication,storytelling, visual presentationskills with the ability totranslate technical insights intoexecutive readynarrativesthat drive strategic decisions.

  • Experiencecreating and operationalizing AI-enabled design workflows, agents,and automation capabilities that accelerate product design velocity.

Preferred Experience

  • Experiencescaling design systems across complex multi-product platform organizations where seamless product design is a critical outcome.

  • Deep understanding ofAI-enableddesign to code workflowsincluding automated prototyping,code generation, and the integration of design systems into product development practices.

  • Familiarity with technical product concepts, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and API-driven models is beneficial.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, supply chain, or predictive analytics domains.

Working Conditions

Traditional office or hybrid environment, depending on location. Some travelrequiredfor cross-site collaboration and customer/partner engagements.

This position offers the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement based on recent updates to our in-office/workfromhome model. If located in DFW area, the selected candidate may be expected to work onsite at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific inoffice days may be designated according to team needs and business priorities.
