Job description

Our client is a large, established consumer services organization with a high-volume digital platform that allows customers to research options, receive quotes, select services, schedule, and complete bookings.
They are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to own and optimize this consumer journey. This is a business-focused product role centered on improving conversion, revenue, and customer experience through data and experimentation.
Responsibilities
  • Own the consumer digital product strategy and roadmap.
  • Optimize the customer funnel and identify areas of drop-off.
  • Improve quoting, service selection, scheduling, booking, and self-service experiences.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve conversion.
  • Use behavioral analytics to understand customer intent and opportunities.
  • Connect digital product decisions to revenue and business performance.
  • Explore AI, personalization, and automation opportunities.
  • Partner across business, technology, and analytics teams.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of consumer digital product management experience.
  • Experience owning a high-volume digital transaction, booking, or eCommerce funnel.
  • Strong experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, and experimentation.
  • Hands-on experience using behavioral and funnel analytics to identify customer drop-off and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to connect product decisions to conversion, revenue, and business performance.
  • Experience in a product-led consumer environment such as eCommerce, travel, marketplaces, on-demand services, fintech, or insurance.
