About the role:As a Product Team Lead, you’ll be the first-line people leader responsible for guiding a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while owning the strategy and direction for a defined product line or capability area, or a small domain within TQL’s technology ecosystem. This role balances people leadership, product strategy, and execution enablement in equal measure. As well as engineering leadership* Remove blockers, clarify priorities, and create the conditions for teams to execute well* Use insights to refine strategy, improve ways of working, and support PMs in improving product quality* Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Associate Product Managers through clear expectations, quality feedback, and structured development plans* Manage performance, support career progression, and ensure strong product practices across the teamWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
