Location: New Hampshire (Hybrid) - Onsite min 3 days per week

Are you an eProduct Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy and customer engagement?


We're partnering with an innovative machine builder that designs and manufactures highly engineered production equipment for some of the world's most demanding industries. Due to continued growth, the business has created a brand-new Product Manager position to help drive the next phase of product development and commercial success.


Their bespoke machinery, typically valued between $250,000 and $2M, supports customers operating at the forefront of Aerospace, Defence, Semiconductor, Space, Research & Development and other high-precision manufacturing sectors.


This is a highly visible role where you'll become the voice of the customer, influencing product strategy and working cross-functionally to ensure the business continues to deliver innovative solutions that solve real manufacturing challenges.


The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of highly engineered capital equipment products, working closely with customers, engineering, sales and leadership teams to define product direction and maximise market success.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing product strategies aligned with customer and market requirements.
  • Acting as the Voice of the Customer, translating market feedback into future product enhancements and innovation.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand technical challenges and emerging opportunities.
  • Working closely with Engineering, Applications, Sales and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Supporting pricing strategy and commercial positioning to maximise profitability and competitiveness.
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to influence future product development.
  • Supporting product launches and helping position new technologies within target markets.
  • Becoming the internal product expert for both commercial and technical teams.


What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:

  • An engineering degree or technical background.
  • Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or a similar commercially focused technical role.
  • Experience working with capital equipment, industrial machinery, automation systems or complex engineered products.
  • Strong commercial awareness alongside the ability to understand complex technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with both customers and cross-functional internal teams.
  • The confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive product strategy.


Experience supplying equipment into industries such as Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defence, Space, Precision Manufacturing or Research & Development would be highly advantageous.
