About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a Principal Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), construction technology, and AI-driven product experiences to own and scale our integrations ecosystem as a core driver of growth. This is a fully remote role.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and AI. Youโ€™ll define how our platform connects with key systems (ERPs, partners, and emerging AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude) to drive activation, adoption, and long-term customer value.

You will have end-to-end ownership of integrations, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration. You will play a critical role in shaping how our product evolves in an increasingly AI-driven world.

We operate in a fast-moving environment and expect our PMs to actively use AI in their day-to-day work to move faster, make better decisions, and keep pace with engineering.

What Youโ€™ll Own

  • Define and execute the integration strategy and roadmap aligned with company and product goals
  • Own the end-to-end integration experience, from discovery โ†’ activation โ†’ long-term usage
  • Build and scale integrations with:
    • ERP systems and construction platforms
    • AI tools and protocols (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LLM-based workflows)
  • Drive integrations as a core PLG lever (activation, retention, expansion)
  • Partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable integration solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute opportunities
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, usage, performance, impact on growth)
  • Continuously iterate using experimentation and customer feedback

How We Work (AI-First)

We operate with anย AI-first mindset. In this role, you are expected to:

  • Actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in your daily workflow
  • Leverage AI for writing specs, analyzing data, synthesizing feedback, and prototyping ideas
  • Continuously improve how you work by incorporating AI into your processes

The strongest candidates will already be leveraging AI tools regularly to accelerate product thinking, execution, and collaboration.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working in product management within a PLG or growth-focused environment
  • Strong construction domain knowledge or experience working in construction technology
  • Proven experience owning and delivering product integrations / APIs
  • Strong track record of shipping and iterating on product features tied to adoption or growth
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in day-to-day product work
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required

Who You Are

  • A product leader whoย takes ownership and drives outcomes, not just roadmap
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one
  • Highly collaborative, with strong communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Passionate about building products that solve real customer problems
  • Energized by fast-paced, high-impact environments

Why This Role

  • Own aย critical growth lever for the business
  • High visibility and impact across product and leadership
  • Opportunity to shape how our platform integrates with the next generation of AI tools and workflows
  • Work in a team that values speed, ownership, and modern product practices

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.
We take into account an individualโ€™s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance (medical, dental & vision), life insurance, 401(k) & paid time off. The expected compensation range for this position is about $185k - $198k USD. The actual offer will be at the companyโ€™s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidateโ€™s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. #LI-Remote
