Job description

We take play seriously. We're looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what's never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you'll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Hasbro is building the next generation of digital capabilities, with S/4HANA at the core of our global transformation. We are seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash Functional Lead to own and advance our S/4HANA OTC landscape. This role is not transitional; it is designed for a leader who will define future-ready processes, drive standardization, and shape how we deliver exceptional customer, retail, and partner experiences worldwide.
You will serve as the primary strategist and design authority for OTC business processes, ensuring they leverage modern S/4HANA functionality and align with Hasbro's evolving digital, D2C, and B2B strategies.
What You'll Lead
  • Act as the global owner for S/4HANA OTC processes, championing adoption of standard capabilities over legacy ECC approaches.
  • Define and maintain global OTC process standards, policies, and best-practice designs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across order management, pricing, ATP, delivery execution, billing, and credit management.
  • Support Hasbro's global digital roadmap across Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels.

Solution Design & Delivery
  • Translate business strategies into scalable, S/4HANA-native OTC solutions.
  • Lead functional design sessions, model future-state processes, and educate stakeholders on S/4 capabilities.
  • Oversee configuration, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for OTC initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Finance, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Procurement to deliver fully integrated end-to-end OTC processes.
  • Guide external consultants, developers, and internal teams to ensure solutions align with S/4HANA standards.
  • Support integrations using IDoc, BAPI, ALE, and SAP Integration Suite in scalable, cloud-aware patterns.

Governance & Documentation
  • Maintain process documentation, training materials, and functional specifications.
  • Contribute to IT governance, ensuring consistent development practices, quality standards, and methodology adherence.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of SAP SD configuration and functional solution design experience, with direct S/4HANA exposure strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and the ability to articulate S/4HANA advantages and simplification concepts.
  • Expertise in S/4HANA Sales & Distribution including order management, pricing, ATP, delivery processing, billing innovations, and FSCM credit management.
  • Experience designing integrated processes across Finance, MM, IM, WM, and Procurement.
  • Working knowledge of S/4 architecture, Fiori UX, and embedded analytics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions across business and technology groups.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

Why This Role Matters
  • This position is a core contributor to Hasbro's global digital transformation and is uniquely positioned to:
  • Own and define future-ready OTC processes
  • Drive adoption of S/4HANA-native capabilities
  • Shape the enterprise-wide SAP roadmap
  • Strengthen global operational excellence across D2C and B2B channels

You will play a pivotal role in modernizing how Hasbro delivers products and experiences to customers around the world.
