Job description

This position will provide supervision to a group of Process Engineers to insure they are performing their tasks with the proper priority and efficiency. This position is also responsible for ensuring the proper Process Engineer training and staffing levels to support the required workload.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a shift of Process Engineers to insure they are following proper procedures and working with the proper efficiency to meet their daily goals.
  • Distribute and prioritize workload amongst the team.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels of Process Engineers to support workload and Weekend support (request additional resources and complete interviews and hiring as needed).
  • Monitor Process Engineers performance and ensure compliance with working rules (arrive on time, break-time compliance). Address any concerns and follow progressive discipline policies when applicable.
  • Provide Tools and training/knowledge to Process Engineers so they can complete task
  • Monitor and help Process Engineer development and assign projects (improvements, process/system/manufactory etc..)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Manufactory Processes/ systems
  • SAP, Office,

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
  • And/or 2 years of Management in Electronic Manufacturing of 4 or more employees
