OB/GYN Physician - Opportunity in Private Practice

Location: Golden, CO

About Our Organization

We are a reputable and established private OB/GYN practice consisting of five physicians and two nurse practitioners. Our focus is on delivering outstanding women's healthcare through evidence-based practices within a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. Operating from a single hospital, our practice maintains a balanced approach between gynecology/surgery and obstetrics. We handle all facets of gynecologic surgery, including robotic procedures, and conduct in-office treatments with the assistance of a nurse anesthetist. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and take pride in our independence as a successful private practice in an era where corporate medical practices are increasingly common.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to become a part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, collegial, and eager to provide high-quality care in a private practice environment. This role offers the chance to foster meaningful relationships with patients while enjoying a supportive work-life balance, backed by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services, including preventive, diagnostic, and surgical care, with a focus on robotics.
  • Oversee both low- and high-risk pregnancies.
  • Conduct in-office procedures and surgeries as necessary.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with fellow physicians in the group (1 in 5 weekdays and 1 in 11 weekends, sharing holiday/weekend calls with another practice).
  • Work collaboratively with nurse practitioners and staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid medical license (or eligibility) in Colorado.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
