GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

We provide strategic direct marketing solutions for national brands, leveraging innovative variable data technology, to turn concepts into finished digital and physical products, all in one seamless process.
We are currently seeking an energetic and ambitious individual to join our growing Postal Operations team. As a Postal Coordinator, you will maintain verification by planning, monitoring, and improving performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
All lawful directives of your supervisor or a member of Company management.
Post-Presort Software AIMS
  • QC all files within the mail.dat (usually 10-12 files)
  • Adjust permit numbers, CRIDS, pre-denominated amounts, Customer Reference IDs (specific clients only) & EPA numbers in the MPA file
  • Adjust dates or move destinations in the CSM file
  • Add/Remove Promotions/Incentive/Credits
  • Update/Add ID Campaigns in RMR/RMS files
  • Split Jobs OR Destinations

USPS System - Business Customer Gateway/PostalOne! Dashboard
  • Upload jobs to TEM/PROD via AIMS software or manually via MDR Client
  • PostalOne! Dashboard/Electric Data Exchange (TEM) - double check uploaded data to make sure postage, finalize date, permit, PO of Permit & PO of Mailing, CRID, discounts/credits applied are correct
  • Enroll/Reporting Incentive Programs
  • Informed Delivery (ID) Mailer/Mailer Campaign Portal (MCP) - create/update/validate ID Campaigns
  • Informed Visibility (IV) One-Time Query Lookup- Pallet/Tray scans
  • Mailing Reports - Informed Delivery MSP refund & Seamless refund
  • Manage Permits

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience working for a Mail Service Provider (MSP) within the Direct Mail industry is required.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Mail.dat processing, including file review, validation, and submission workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of USPS systems, including the Business Customer Gateway (BCG) and PostalOne! Dashboard, with the ability to navigate, review, and monitor mailing activity and acceptance data.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting USPS Promotions, including registration, eligibility requirements, and campaign tracking.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret USPS postal documentation, including PS Forms 3600 and 3602.
  • Proven experience in presort operations, including a strong understanding of sortation logic, postage optimization, and mail preparation standards, with the ability to accurately interpret presort summaries, qualification reports, and related mailing documentation.
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile mail sort reports and production outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and successful mail acceptance.
  • Familiarity with USPS regulations, including the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) and bulk mailing requirements.
