Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Pizza Chef to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for  preparing delicious pizzas for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced, social, and able to create a beautiful pizza. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you. It is required that you have at least 2 years of wood fired oven experience.

Responsibilities: 
  • Start a fire in our wood fired oven.
  • Manage cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Gather wood at beginning and end of shift
  • Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
  • Prepare food and present it in an appealing manner
  • Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
  • Follow all food safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a chef or cook
  • Reliable and punctual 
  • Knowledge of pizzeria  techniques and recipes
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
