Job Overview:

Mason Interactive is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical for leading our marketing efforts, managing client relationships, and driving the successful execution of digital marketing strategies. As a manager, you'll work with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our clients' business through innovative and data-driven marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team and Project Management: Manage a team calendar for client and team meetings, ensuring all projects are on track and within budget. Oversee the preparation and follow-up of meetings, maintaining robust communication with clients.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior marketing staff to craft and optimize marketing strategies, including ad copy creation and budget allocation. Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client KPIs and growth objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful data analysis for team and client reports. Monitor marketing campaign performance daily, making necessary adjustments to strategies and budgets. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews to optimize campaigns and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, effective communications with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their budgets are effectively utilized. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, handling direct communications confidently with minimal oversight.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or agency setting, with a strong background in performance marketing, with a minimum of 1 year of client account management/ownership experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience with keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience in supporting and training marketing team members
  • A proven track record of growing client accounts and achieving marketing objectives.
