With $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested in R&D annually, we're building the future of AI-powered business communications.
This is where you and your skills come in. We're looking for: A Director, Performance Marketing to own and scale RingCentral's full-funnel paid performance engine. This is a senior leadership role for a practitioner-leader with deep domain expertise across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Media (Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, CTV/OLV), and Affiliate Marketing.
You will lead an in-house team of performance marketers and manage two agency partners, driving measurable top-of-funnel and mid-funnel pipeline impact at scale. You'll work cross-functionally with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Web Experimentation, and Integrated Marketing - bringing a sharp commercial mindset, a test-and-learn discipline, and a track record of delivering in B2B SaaS.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the multi-channel performance marketing strategy across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, CTV/OLV, and Affiliate - aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Manage eight-figure annual media budgets across channels with rigorous spend efficiency, continuous optimization, and clear ROI accountability.
  • Build and own a full-funnel measurement ecosystem-from impression to MQL to pipeline - partnering with Analytics and Marketing Ops on attribution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive a structured test-and-learn agenda across creative, targeting, keyword strategy, bidding, and landing pages; deliver insights that sharpen future investment decisions.
  • Champion AI tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency, audience targeting, bidding intelligence, and performance forecasting across all channels.

To Succeed in This Role You Must Have Experience In:
  • 10+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on expertise across SEM, paid social/programmatic, and affiliate channels-B2B SaaS experience is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact through multi-channel paid programs at scale, with full-funnel KPI ownership (MQL, Pipeline, Bookings, ROAS).
  • 8+ years managing in-house teams and external agency relationships with a track record of building high-performing, accountable teams.
  • Experience owning and managing eight-figure annual media budgets with data-driven channel allocation and spend efficiency.
  • Strong platform fluency across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate tracking tools and vendors.
  • Proficiency with reporting and attribution platforms (Tableau, SFDC, GA4)
  • Clear, confident communicator-able to translate performance data into business-level narratives for senior stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with CTV/OLV measurement, programmatic DSPs, and advanced audience segmentation strategies.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate program compliance-fraud prevention, brand safety, attribution windows, and partner governance.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to improve daily marketing workflows, campaign optimization, or performance forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.

What we offer (varies between Intern, FTE & Temp-FTE):
