Job description

Drive our digital strategy across all performance marketing campaigns, channels and touch-points. Champion a performance thinking through the organization to establish a centralized hub experience within the agency and then deploy precise, coordinated and measurable engagement strategies that deliver the right message, to the right person through the right channel. Help understand what makes the audience tick and what makes a dent in the universe in terms of performance. Work in matrix with the larger strategy team as well as the dedicated performance marketing team.
Main responsibilities:
  • Continuously develop performance strategy approaches by developing processes, establishing tools, and creating communication plans that drive clarity and alignment across the organization
  • Streamline the process of capturing, evaluating and prioritizing new ideas against existing, in-market digital and social campaigns
  • Drive scale and efficiency by establishing and evolving performance marketing plans that outline the approach to deploy performance work that deliver desired results
  • Ensure campaign effectiveness by identifying measurable and relevant success metrics, and delivering them through clear and consistent reporting.
  • Partner with the strategy leads from all parts of the business to grow our campaign planning and development capabilities to support new areas of opportunity and leverage the performance marketing capabilities in the building
  • Ability to explain and sell approaches that will deliver more value to the client.
  • Partner with Marketing Science and various data teams to create analysis beyond reporting.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years experience in strategy with a significant portion in performance marketing
  • Digital Marketing experience - knowledge, modern marketing automation, nurturing automation, personalization and sales enablement
  • Ability to influence others and work in a high pressure matrixed organization
  • Energetic, curious, and comfortable challenging ideas and influence others in a collaborative environment
  • Keen ability to logically stage and clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies

Salary range:
$100,000 - $150,000 annually
