We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and full funnel-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead all digital performance marketing activities for North America. This role is part of the Global Digital Activation & Performance Marketing Team, working as a fully embedded member of the global organization while being based in the U.S. and dedicated to the North American business.
You will report into the Global Performance Marketing Center and act as the regional performance marketing lead for North America, ensuring local execution excellence while staying closely aligned with global strategy, governance, measurement frameworks, and ways of working.
As the key link between global leadership and the North American market, you will be responsible for translating global strategy into local activation plans, optimizing regional spend, and ensuring North America performance marketing efforts operate with both global consistency and local relevance.
  • Full Funnel Performance Marketing Leadership
  • Lead all paid performance marketing across NA, ensuring balanced investment across awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Adapt global strategies for North American realities while maintaining alignment with global and regional priorities
  • Translate business goals (Brand, Category, Sales, D2C) into actionable cross channel media plans
  • Act as a platform agnostic expert spanning Amazon, RMNs, Meta, YouTube, SEA/SEM, Twitch, and emerging channels
  • Budget Ownership, Forecasting & ROI Governance
  • Own and manage all performance marketing budgets across Sales, Brand, Category, and D2C budgets
  • Ensure every dollar is spent in the most impactful way through rigorous optimization and ROI tracking
  • Build spend forecasts, pacing models, and performance projections across channels
  • Negotiate with platforms and agencies to maximize value and efficiency
  • Proactively reallocate budgets based on performance signals, inventory considerations, and market opportunities
  • Provide transparent, actionable feedback to all budget stakeholders
  • Measurement Frameworks, Data Consistency & Analytics Collaboration
  • Develop and maintain a unified KPI framework across platforms (Amazon, Meta, YouTube, SEA, RMNs, etc.)
  • Partner with Analytics & BI teams to build and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and automated reporting
  • Ensure cross platform consistency in metrics, definitions, and performance standards
  • Implement attribution approaches and incrementality tests in partnership with BI teams
  • Testing, Experimentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Plan and execute A/B tests and structured experiments across channels to identify new growth opportunities
  • Maintain a roadmap of hypotheses, tests, learnings, and recommended next steps
  • Share insights broadly across Sales, Brand, Category, Creative, and D2C teams
  • Creative Strategy & Cross Functional Insights Sharing
  • Brief Creative teams using performance insights to improve creative asset relevance and channel performance
  • Define creative requirements for upper- and lower funnel campaigns
  • Partner with Merchandising and D2C teams by sharing insights that optimize PDPs, landing pages, content, and user experience
  • Ensure ad messaging aligns with brand priorities, product launches, promotions, and category strategies
  • Amazon & Retail Media (Lower Funnel Leadership)
  • Own regional adaptation and execution of Amazon Sponsored Ads & DSP strategies
  • Manage all Retail Media investments on Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other key partners
  • Synchronize retail media execution with Sales teams based on inventory, competitive landscape, and seasonal priorities
  • Challenge agency partners to ensure best in class execution and efficiency
  • Upper Funnel & Brand/Category Digital Activation
  • Manage brand funded digital investments on Meta, YouTube, SEA/SEM, TikTok, Twitch, and other platforms
  • Translate awareness and consideration goals into measurable full funnel media strategies
  • Ensure upper funnel initiatives contribute to long-term brand growth and short-term conversion lift
  • Cross Functional Communication & Major Event Readiness
  • Provide ongoing performance insights and forecasts to Brand, Category, Sales, Creative, Merchandising, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure full organizational readiness for major commercial events (Prime Day, Black Friday, new product launches, key retailer events)
  • Drive alignment across teams to optimize messaging, availability, promotions, and campaign timing

  • 3+ years of full funnel performance marketing experience, with deep expertise across Amazon, Retail Media, and upper funnel platforms (Meta, YouTube, SEA/SEM)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building or using KPI frameworks, dashboards, attribution methods, and ROI based optimization models
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and financial stewardship of paid media investment
