Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable Performance Qualite A220

pour rejoindre notre equipe Qualite A220 - Performance et Digital !

En tant que Responsable Performance Qualite A220, vous travaillerez au sein de l'equipe A220 Qualite Performance & Digitalisation, sur le site Airbus A220 a Mirabel. Dans votre role, vous contribuerez a mettre en place et renforcer le systeme de gestion de la performance qualite du programme A220. Vous devrez vous assurer de la coherence entre les Top Company Objectives, les projets et initiatives lances au sein du departement qualite qui y repondent, et les indicateurs de suivi mis en place pour mesurer l'impact des actions mises en place.

La communication avec tous les departements Qualite est indispensable, mais egalement celle avec les autres fonctions A220 (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, etc) : vous pourriez etre amene a leader des gouvernances mensuelles avec ces collaborateurs afin d'assurer le suivi, proposer des ameliorations, et aider a la mise en place du systeme.

Vos defis et responsabilites :

  • Soutenir l'excellence de la performance qualite A220 en consolidant la cascade des objectifs Qualite au sein du programme A220, et en identifiant les pilotes cles ayant un impact sur ces objectifs;

  • Articuler des objectifs SMART, identifier les ressources necessaires, developper une portee et un calendrier clairs, definir a quoi ressemble le succes et s'aligner sur une cadence d'execution;

  • Generer des informations a partir de tableaux de bord de performance et d'analyse des causes profondes, et en collaborant avec les chefs pour identifier les opportunites d'amelioration;

  • Definir, preparer et ameliorer les presentations de gouvernance;

  • Elaborer des plans d'action detailles decrivant les proprietaires, les objectifs, les echeanciers, les jalons et l'impact prevu d'un projet;

  • Travailler aux cotes des chefs et des experts fonctionnels pour implementer le plan de mise en uvre;

  • Identifier les risques pour la mise en uvre et la durabilite des resultats, et etablir des partenariats avec les chefs ou des experts fonctionnels pour developper des strategies d'attenuation;

  • Faire une analyse de charge / capacite et faire des recommandations afin de fournir et supporter les actions d'amelioration des couts et analyser les opportunites pour des fins budgetaires;

  • Leader des projets contribuant au renforcement du systeme de gestion de la performance Qualite.

Votre profil:

  • Vous detenez un baccalaureat en administration des affaires, en ingenierie, en finance ou dans un domaine pertinent;

  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d'experience professionnelle dans la gestion de la performance, la strategie, le conseil, la finance, l'analyse ou un role similaire;

  • Vous avez une capacite demontree a analyser des donnees complexes, a identifier des tendances et a formuler des recommandations strategiques;

  • Vous detenez un leadership reconnu, une forte capacite d'influence ainsi que d'excellentes competences en communication et en presentation a tous les niveaux de l'organisation;

  • Vous avez des competences en analyse financiere, en planification budgetaire (AOP) et en controle des couts (un atout);

  • Vous avez une excellente maitrise des outils de la suite Google (Sheets, Slides) ; une connaissance de Skywise est un plus;

  • Vous etes Bilingue (Francais / Anglais, ecrit et parle).

Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).

Deplacements requis : Deplacements occasionnels aux Etats Unis et en Europe.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Performance Manager to join our A220 Quality Performance & Digital team!

As A220 Quality Performance Manager, you will be part of the A220 Quality Performance & Digital team, within the Airbus A220 site in Mirabel. Your role will be to develop and reinforce the quality performance management system for the A220 Program. You will ensure that there is consistency between A220 Top Company Objectives, projects and initiatives launched within the quality department, and the key performance indicators measuring the impact of the actions taken.

The communication with all the Quality departments is essential, as much as with all other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, etc) : you should need to put in place and lead monthly governances with these stakeholders, to ensure the follow-up, propose improvements, and to help implementing the system.

Your challenges and responsibilities :

  • Support program quality performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of the Quality objectives within A220 Program, identifying the drivers impacting these objectives;

  • Articulate SMART goals, identify resources needed, develop a clear scope and timeline, define what success looks like, and align to an execution cadence;

  • Generating insights from performance dashboards and root cause analysis, and collaborating with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Define, prepare and improve governance presentations;

  • Develop detailed action plans outlining project owners, goals, timelines, milestones and expected impact;

  • Work alongside functional leaders and subject matter experts to execute the implementation plan;

  • Identify risks to implementation and sustainability of results, and partner with functional leaders or experts to develop mitigation strategies;

  • Perform load/capacity analysis and make recommendations to deliver and support cost improvement actions and analyze opportunities for budget purposes;

  • Lead projects contributing to reinforce the Quality Performance System

Your boarding pass:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field;

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or a similar role;

  • You have a demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations;

  • You possess proven leadership, strong influencing skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization;

  • You have skills in financial analysis, budget planning (AOP), and cost control (an asset);

  • You have an excellent proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides); knowledge of Skywise is a plus;

  • You are bilingual (French / English, written and spoken).

This position may involve business travel (worldwide).

Travel required: Occasional travel to the United States and Europe.
