Reporting to the Director Strategic Initiatives, as Performance and Analytics Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling strategic decision making and ensuring PSP has the critical data products to achieve our objectives.

In this dynamic position, you will:

Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align decision making supports with strategic goals

Develop, plan and implement analytical solutions to improve business performance

Build dashboard and reporting solutions to enable data-driven culture and improve decision making

Ensure data integrity and accuracy of internal and intra-divisional/external data sources

Build systems and structures to measure outcomes and impact of critical divisional programs, projects and teams

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline AND some years of experience in data analysis, data science or a related field

OR

College diploma or Certificate in Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline AND several years of experience in data analysis, data science or a related field

Experience

In planning, developing and implementing data analytics principles, strategies, programs and/or solutions

In providing advice and guidance

In business and strategic planning

In researching, developing, analyzing, implementing and applying policies, procedures and legislation

In project management

In designing and developing data visualizations and models

In analyzing data to problem solve and relate to business operations, strategy, performance and/or corporate results

In automating processes

In planning, developing and conducting presentations

In identifying business and market insights to support decision making

In data manipulation, management and governance

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
